Psychodrama in individual therapy

“Play energizes us and enlivens us. It eases our burdens. It renews our natural sense of optimism and opens us up to new possibilities”. Stuart Brown, MD
Working creatively and playfully in individual therapy can be liberating for both client and therapist, it can facilitate our clients meaning making. We will use objects, actions, images and sounds and use this powerful technique to bring our journeys to life.
There will be opportunities for reflection and practitioner development, with some theoretical input and some handouts.
This workshop is facilitated by Sandra Grieve and Lynette Green. It consists of 15 hours training.
