Description

This is a question often asked by clients entering individual counselling and psychotherapy. Sometimes driven by financial concerns, sometimes by a real desire to resolve their emotional pain as quickly as possible. Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) providers will stipulate the maximum number of sessions available – usually between four and six.

This one-day workshop aims to help you think about case conceptualisation and treatment planning.
