Ron Wiener and Di Adderley will work with role theory, particularly in relation to the sociodrama director or group leader function. Group analyst, producer, director, creator, holder, empathist - all these and more! Participants will have the opportunity for role training and development of their progressive roles, hopefully leaving behind aspects of those which fragment or diminish their confidence.
