This experiential workshop allows participants time to work over the course of a Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday in a group.

Maxine’s approach is to help participants gain an understanding of psychodrama as a therapeutic, educational and group process. Drawing on her theatre and psychology background, Maxine will use games, drama exercises and psychodrama to work on personal material to gain an understanding of why we keep repeating old patterns of behaviour in given situations. Participants will have the opportunity to try out a new way of doing things.

This experiential workshop will be helpful for those new to psychodrama as an introductory taster weekend.
