Areas of Special Interest

I am particularly interested in helping clients:

  • develop confidence (through learning and practising assertive communication);
  • manage their work-life balance (through understanding their choices, options and the human fight/flight response);
  • develop clear life/work goals and plans for change (through life coaching);
  • understand the social systems (family, community, team, organisation etc.) they belong to and the potential for change within these systems which they may be able to influence (through practical sociodramatic, role and systems explorations);
  • rediscover the fun in life (through re-engaging with their creativity and spontaneity)!

As a life coach, I have worked with a range of individuals from sole traders to managers in international corporates on issues around work/life balance, work relationships, performance management, reflections on overall life satisfaction. Where are you now, where do you want to get to, what do you need to do to get you there?

I am in regular monthly supervision with a UKCP registered supervisor.
