Services & Practice

Jenny is a Senior Trainer with the BPA, from whom she received a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2004. She was a founding director and trainer with the Northern School of Psychodrama. She is an accredited BACP senior counsellor, and she qualified with the Leeds University as a supervisor. Jenny runs a BPA accredited Supervision Training starting in October of each year. She is committed to combining person-centred theory with psychodrama and is particularly interested in the protagonist in psychodrama feeling in control and working at their own pace.

Jenny developed and ran a person-centred counselling training over many years; she undertakes mentoring and coaching for a variety of organisations; she runs training courses for businesses and other organisations; and workshops open to the public, in the UK and internationally. In recent times, many of these workshops have involved how our increasing understanding of neuroscience can have a direct beneficial effect on our therapeutic interactions both in groups and one-to-one.

Jenny runs her own consultancy. As part of her consultancy, Jenny has a private practice in Newcastle for clients and supervisees, and she also does some consultancy work for theatres, helping playwrights, directors, whole casts and individual actors.
