Services & Practice

I run a private psychotherapy practice working with clients both indoors and oudoors. I use action methods when appropriate and am interested in how the relationship between client and therapist can be a catalyst to change. I also facilitate groups, principally focused on our connection with nature and coming to terms with death as a means of being more alive in the moment.

Areas of Special Interest

I have an increasing interest in opening up to death as a means of living our lives more fully. Death is inevitable for all of us yet we often avoid thinking about our own death. And death is an ever-present in life - if we go out in nature death happens as a matter of course. And as I have become more interested in our human connection with, or disconnection from, nature I realise that nature can be our teacher in terms of coming to terms more fully with life and death. Hence, I now work a lot in the outdoors with clients and groups.
