The method
Psychodrama is an action-based method of psychotherapy using role, symbolisation and enactment. We follow the principle “Show me, don’t tell me!” as we explore your ways of being or “roles” in different contexts on the psychodramatic stage. Your role repertoire then expands in the safe environment of a confidential group.
Issues suitable for working on in the group include:
Life changes
Loss and bereavement
More creativity and spontaneity in your life
Trauma
Self-esteem
Abuse
Anxiety
Addiction
The commitment
Entry to the group follows an assessment process which is conducted one-to-one.
Assessment session/s cost £60 per 60 minute session.
Group members commit to stay in the group for a minimum of three months and are welcome to continue as long as the experience feels supportive.
Fee per week: £40 per group
