In general practice, we usually meditate in stillness. But what if we move our bodies while we meditate? In this Tele-talk, I will share my experience and findings in this area as a Tai Chi teacher. We will discuss the advantage and benefits of practising meditation in movement and how it helps to connect our minds and bodies.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, and now resident in the UK. Andy worked as an actor in Hong Kong and the U.K.. Beside working as an actor, Andy also works as a Cantonese interpreter for the NHS and a Tai Chi instructor. He is currently a visiting tutor for the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
