This weekly therapy group is an opportunity to explore your life creatively, connect with others, nurture your personal growth and nourish your wellbeing.

Psychodrama is a form of psychotherapy that invites people to use creative action methods to explore their whole self and life experiences. This creative process is experiential, embodied and holistic, working with the mind, body and emotions, providing space for new things to emerge and time to be.

Group members commit to attending one term (between 10-12 sessions), after which time they can choose to continue or leave the group. I offer a sliding fee, between £25-£35 per session.

If you are interested in this group, please contact me and we can arrange an initial meeting. This is an opportunity for you to find out more about how I work, and for me to learn more about you, and what you want to achieve from therapy. This will be a one-off session, with no cost and no commitment to go ahead with the group. It will take place online.

I am a qualified Psychodrama Psychotherapist and an experienced group facilitator, with 20 years’ experience working with people and supporting their personal learning, growth and development.

If you have any questions or would like to talk with me about how this group could benefit you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
