| Description | This monthly group has been running since 2009 and is for anyone who would like to experience the spontaneity and creativity of working with action methods. It offers a safe space to explore yourself, relationships and aspects of your life within a group setting, and is suitable for personal growth and a therapy, professional or training focus requiring CPD. Participants are required to commit to the group for 10 Saturdays (70 CPD hours). Access to the group is subject to assessment, and new intake is January 2011. |
