Please read these terms carefully before registering for this event. By completing your registration, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.
1. Registration and Payment
Your place at the conference is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. You will receive an email confirmation and invoice/receipt within five working days of your booking.
- All prices are stated in GBP and are inclusive/exclusive of VAT where indicated.
- Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We reserve the right to decline a registration at our discretion.
2. Cancellation by Attendee
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued as follows:
- More than 60 days before the event — full refund, less a £25 administration fee.
- 30–60 days before the event — 50% refund.
- Fewer than 30 days before the event — no refund.
You may transfer your place to a colleague or another named individual at any time, at no additional charge. Please notify us of the substitution in writing before the event date.
3. Cancellation or Changes by the Organiser
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the conference, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. We regret that we cannot accept liability for any costs you may have incurred in connection with the event, including travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
We reserve the right to make changes to the programme, including speakers, session content, timings, and venue, where circumstances require. We will communicate any significant changes as promptly as possible.
4. Photography and Recording
Photography and video recording may take place at the event for use in our promotional materials, website, and social media channels. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in such material.
If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of the organising team on the day and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your wishes.
5. Data Protection and Privacy
We will process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. Your data will be used to:
- Administer your registration and attendance.
- Send you information about the event, including any updates or changes.
- Contact you about future events and programmes, where you have given consent.
We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Where we share delegate lists with sponsors or other participants, this will be stated clearly at the point of registration.
You may withdraw consent or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us in writing.
6. Accessibility and Dietary Requirements
We are committed to making this event accessible to all participants. If you have accessibility requirements, dietary needs, or any other needs we should be aware of, please let us know at the point of registration or contact us directly. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requirements.
7. Delegate Conduct
We expect all delegates, speakers, and staff to treat one another with courtesy and respect throughout the event. We reserve the right to remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to others, without refund.
8. Liability
Whilst we take all reasonable care in organising this event, we cannot accept liability for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at the event.
- Personal injury, except where caused by our own negligence.
- Any indirect or consequential losses arising from attendance or non-attendance.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
