HAO-MEI WU | THE LIVING BODY ON STAGE

This tele talk attempts to explore the relationship between psychodrama
psychotherapy and the body which based on my research in various aspects of the subject. First is the ideology of the body in mainstream psychotherapy from a historical perspective. Second is the diversity of the body concept across different cultures or philosophical theories. Third is the evolutionary understanding of the body and healing in trauma studies.
Through the process of research, I believe that psychodrama is a powerful tool for use
in biopsychosocial integration and mind-body healing.
